People have requested to rent additional full time parking spaces. With the stricter Visitor Parking enforcement, there is typically ample Visitor Parking available.
The cost is $100/mo. It can be cancelled by either party on 2 months notice. If you do not return your pass promptly when it is cancelled, you will be charged an extra month's rent ($100).
It is a right to park, in NNCECC270 Visitors Parking (blue in image below), not an assigned space. The three areas on the east-west part of Esplanade Lane (on the north side between the 10 and 40 Esplanade Condo Apartments) are typically the most empty. The three space east of 40 Esplanade are reserved for snow storage in the winter. Do not park in them when snow is expected.
We have gradually increased Paid Parking to a maximum of 20 rented spaces (40% of Visitor Parking capacity) over time, ensuring that there is sufficient free space remaining in Visitor Parking.
There is no waiting list for passes at present
Renting 20 spaces subsidises your (each of our) Condo fees by just over $16/mo each, helping to keep our condo fees low. Our intent is to not increase the NNCECC270 condo fee for the foreseeable future (our fee has never been increased so far).

If you are not an owner (with a PAP set up already) you will be contacted by WB Accounting to set up a Pre Approved Payment (PAP).

Alternatives for parking include, the Casablanca Inn rents spaces for $120/mo and there is 16 hour parking on the west end of Winston Road (contact the Town for details).
