You can talk to Leslie Berall leslie.berall@wilsonblanchard.com for details on what should be in your lease, but one reason is that we need to see that your Tenants agree to be bound by the By-Laws.
By-Laws include - Visitor Parking Rules, Keeping the outside of your property in good repair (cut and weed your grass), etc.
90% of our issues are with tenants, who do not share the same pride of ownership. Several tenants have told me that they, "pay so much rent, that they can park where ever they want". They need to acknowlege, in their lease, that their outrageous rent does not exempt them from following the By-Laws 😊
Asking for a copy of your lease, is to protect the owners (you) who are bound by the By-Laws of NNCECC270 and will be charged if their tenants do not comply (including legal costs).
