NNCECC270 has no access to water taps to water common area grass. We ask owners & tenants to water the Common Areas adjacent to their properties. We will re-seed public areas (adjacent to your properties) between the sidewalk and curb that belong to Grimsby, if you commit to watering it. Dead (dormant) grass decreases our property values. The photo on the left is an example of Grimsby park grass when the owners water it. Other park grass is dead/dormant at the height of the summer.

We had committees to look at Visitor Parking and Common Area Grass Improvement. The results will roll out in the Spring of 2021. We are open to other topics that you might promote. See the Forum for details
